Why are identified gifted students and high achieving non identified students not placed in the same classroom?

  1. We keep the high achieving nonidentified students in different classrooms than the gifted cluster so that they have a chance to show their leadership skills. It is a time for them to be able to build realistic confidence in their own academic abilities.
